Hi guys, I'm making this thread so we can update each other. I got the career snapshot last week, has anyone heard back for scheduling interviews yet? Good luck to everyone!

I just checked RN and the status says "talent acquisition review in progress". I only got notified by a call and not an email

please if you did the interview already can you share how it was?

I applied as an internal applicant and for LAMC location and second choice Downey. Mine just says in "talent acquisition" but I haven't heard from anyone yet.

I believe different locations do things differently but hopefully I'll hear something back

me too. LOL

I applied as an internal for LAMC and downey as my 2nd choice. I hope so, I'm going on vacation tomorrow and really wanted to have my interview before then if I was accepted. I don't know if they will approve of me doing it through zoom.

How long will you be in vacation for? I think you'll have some time (hopefully it's not as last minute thing they throw at you)

Hi, I applied for the last cohort and made it to an interview. It's a panel interview so if I remember correctly there was about 6-7 people interviewing you. all had about 2-3 questions. very intimidating but it was expected. You get your typical questions, why did you become a nurse, whats you're experience background like, tell us about a time where you had to advocate for a patient or family, tell us about your weakness/ strongest areas, talk about a time you handled a difficult situation at work/school/etc, talk about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker and how did you handle it. I can't remember the other questions they had. Hope you helps a bit. I honestly just YouTube alot of videos in preparation and it helped but I still didn't get the job.
