Hello,

I'm starting this thread since I was unable to apply to the Summer cohort. Congrats to all of those that got offers extended! 
I haven't heard of an official Fall Winter cohort. I have emailed Brandy to see if there will be one. I will post/update here as soon as I get replies.

I'm an internal candidate graduating this month. My interest is Oncology. Good luck to everyone!

those odds are insane

I heard there were about 1900 applicants last cohort for all of socal and only about 66 people got accepted

oh as in only 66 people got offers?😂that makes the chances even lower.

yeah at that point, you look at the top 10-15 applicants, and more likely they are all on par with eachother. they will just choose randomly. unless there are internals; they will get hired first. it is just supply vs demand and it sucks

yeah the reality is that there are lots of strong applicants. and while you can reflect and change some things about resumes, cover letters, interviews, at some point its just luck and if you do not get it, don't beat yourself up too much over it there just arent enough spots
