Kaiser SoCal Fall 2025

Hello,

I'm starting this thread since I was unable to apply to the Summer cohort. Congrats to all of those that got offers extended! 
I haven't heard of an official Fall Winter cohort. I have emailed Brandy to see if there will be one. I will post/update here as soon as I get replies.

I'm an internal candidate graduating this month. My interest is Oncology. Good luck to everyone!

Congrats! How exciting, you're the 1st offer I've heard of on this thread 🙂 Can you share with us the type of clinical or case study questions they asked?

sorry for the late responses. Im trying to not dox myself too much here LOL. But my advice is to work at kaiser before applying. I know it's tough to do that now but I worked for kaiser before and during school. I also received numerous recommendations that helped me land an interview (as an external) after 30+ rejections from other new grad programs. The panel interview was tough, but this is where I used my previous academic and work experience. Overall, build your connections and get familiarized with the kaiser culture. I apologize if I am being too vague.

No I appreciate it thank you! I don't know if working for Kaiser is possible for me given me interview is coming up, but aside from that any questions or clinical based questions you care share with the rest of us to better prepare, especially for those of us who don't have Kaiser experience. These new grad programs are brutal. I'm glad it finally worked for you and sticking to Kaiser for all this time and building your experience!
