Kaiser SoCal Fall 2025

Published

Hello,

I'm starting this thread since I was unable to apply to the Summer cohort. Congrats to all of those that got offers extended!
I haven't heard of an official Fall Winter cohort. I have emailed Brandy to see if there will be one. I will post/update here as soon as I get replies.

I'm an internal candidate graduating this month. My interest is Oncology. Good luck to everyone!

Hey guys! Any updates? Good luck to everyone!

My heart is pounding! Just got a call for my interview next week! 🙂 good luck everyone! Prayers we all become coworkers soon!

Congrats! Do you hold a BSN or an ADN? Wondering if I even have a Chance with just an ADN. I have a prior bachelors so trying to work then get an MSN.

I am a bit confused.  If we replace the resume on our profile, does that change the first resume we attached to the original application for this program?

You can leave both on file or replace it. Your application is attached to your profile it won't alter your application you can add and remove pertinent documents

Nope. External candidates should hear something by the second week of August. Only people I'm assuming will get a response at an earlier time are internal candidates since they did all their stuff before us

Thank you 🫶🏽 BSN. My best advise that I can give to anyone trying for Kaiser is that if you are in school do apply to the attendant positions. Some KP hospitals don't require you to be a CNA, as long as you're working on your RN they'll hire you if you are a good fit for the department.
But to get in as a new grad is extremely competitive, don't get discouraged if you don't get picked. Go to another hospital and in 6 months start applying again for a Staff RN II job. I honestly love working at Kaiser and can't imagine working anywhere else. Sadly, the specialty that I thought I wanted doesn't train new grads. I know today there are other 5 candidates being interviewed with me. I'm so nervous. I will try to update you all on what to expect on the interviews and stuff.
Don't feel discouraged, you already did the hardest part which was nursing school. You will get the job you want! Have faith. Good luck to everyone.

Congrats and good luck on your interview! If you don't mind me asking, did they happen to tell you how many positions they are hiring for this location?

They did not! I will try to ask today. All I know is that other 5 candidates are coming, and my interviewed was pushed by almost an hour.
