Does anyone know what it is like to work at the San Diego Kaiser on Zion in the Labor and Delivery department? I know they pay well, but what about the staff, the scheduling, and the organization as a whole? Do you know how long people normally wait on night shift before moving to days? Is it difficult working with midwives, residents, and OB/GYNs all at once? Is it safe to practice there as an RN? Any info would be helpful, thanks!
