I'll be graduating in July. After talking to some of the recruiters I was told most likely I won't get picked because of the timeline. Your license has to be posted prior to the start date which is August 18th. But I will still try 🙃

And I mean this with all my heart, don't give up or lose hope! It's definitely easier said than done but keep applying and praying!! There was one night that I genuinely wanted to give up, IÂ was mentally drained from applying and getting denied over and over again but I prayed so hard and the next day I got a call for an interview at Kaiser and I knew that was my sign and I went in with all my heart, prepped like crazy (felt like I was in nursing school again) and now I'm here and I couldn't be more grateful. If anyone needs help with anything I'm just a message away!
Also, I interviewed the 30th of May and got the call this morning (June 4th) around 1020ish.
