Hello everyone! so i just recently got an email saying that I need to complete a candidate snapshot and email it back to them. in the email it also says that their group interview day will be on august 7 and that we'll be informed if we get invited to it. did anyone else get this email? i hope we can keep each other updated...thanks in advance and good luck to all! :)

Hi! I also applied to their new grad program on the 24th. I have not received an email yet... I did talk to nurse recruiter last week and she told me that they were doing phone interviews this coming week.

I got the email to complete the snapshot and I got a call from a recruiter on Wednesday. Haven't heard from Kaiser since. Anyone have any updates?

I'm not internal...i received the email on friday around 4:30pm. i haven't received any phonecalls either...i guess they're doing it differently for everyone?

oh will they be asking me interview-type questions? like why kaiser, how did you handle a conflict, strengths/weaknesses, etc? they want me to do the "phone screen" either today or tomorrow and i'm so worried i have no time to prepare

By phone screen do you mean a phone interview? And for me, there was no interview-like questions at all. Just about your schooling/license

in the email, she just said phone screen so i'm assuming your phone call was also a phone screen too? how long was your call?

i still have to do my phone screen today...i think they're trying to complete all the phone screens before reaching out to people again. btw how long was your phone screen?
