Kaiser Permanente Group Interview

Hi, I just wanted to have some helpful tips or info regarding how the group interview in Kaiser Permanente conducted? Anybody who has undergone the process? I am scheduled for job interview this coming August. Please help. Thank you.

Hi, I hope your experience with the job interview at Kaiser went well. I was messaged by one of the nursing managers to interview with the staff, she said it was going to be a brief 10 minute interview. It definitely caught be off guard. First I met with the nursing manager, then she brings me into their conference room and introduce me, then she invited most of the staff to feel free to look at my resume and ask me questions. The overwhelming thing about it is I was asked over 20 scenario questions from over 10 nurses. The staff were also in and out of the conference room so it distracted me, I was even asked the same questions at least 3 times because the staff asked their questions and then left and a new staff members comes in and ask the questions. Maybe some Kaiser’s are different but this was my experience. It ended up being a 45 minute interview.
