Kaiser Panorama New Grad 2019

Does anyone know if they consider people who don’t have their RN license yet? Their program doesn’t begin until September 2019 and they’re starting the application process.

I received the career snapshot but none of my friends did. My friends who were ADN also got their rejection emails this week. I haven’t heard anything back since I was sent the snapshot.

Thanks for the info guys. I also think it has to do with when people applied, I think they cut it off at a certain number of applicants? I mean that’s what I hear Kaiser does. So if we weren’t selected we are going to receive a rejection letter? Because I never even received a confirmation email that I had submitted an application only letter about the snapshot

I also didn't get a confirmation email that they received my application prior to the snapshot email, but it says "submission complete" on the portal ?

Yeah mine says that as well ? do you know if Kaiser applications/submissions say under review or something like under hiring manager review? Is there another interview day other than Monday, I feel like we should have heard something? Also would they email us or call us for the invite to the interview I keep checking my email for something lol

It should say what step you’re in. I’m currently in the process of interviewing as a LVN at that location and mine says “recruiter interview completed”. I was told they’re only doing a mass interview for July 8 and nothing else ? I’m thinking since I didn’t get any communication at this point that I’m out of the running.

Where does it say what step we are in? Did you have an interview with a recruiter? I am an external applicant and have gotten no more than the email to complete the snapshot

I’m an external applicant as well! When you log into the portal it should say on your dashboard right underneath the job name - mine also just says submission received ? I have not had any other contact besides the snapshot.

Yeah mine doesn't say that under the job name, it only has the state/city that the job is in. Nothing more that job submission complete. I wonder if it's because I applied for RN? I haven't received a rejection so hopefully they'll contact us this weekend.. :(

I applied for RN as well! I don’t think there’s gonna be updates for a while. Kaiser tends to take very long with their hiring process from my experience.

Oh I thought you meant you were applying for an LVN program lol I’m confused where you said it says recruiter interview complete. I can’t see that?

Oh no I meant my LVN job application says “recruiter interview complete” that’s how I knew that’s where they put status updates. Where it says “submission complete” it’ll change once you move on to the next part of the process. Because that also changes if you’re no longer considered for the job opening.

Lol ah ok we were confusing each other! But thank you for letting me know! I’ll update if I hear anything or if anything changes but so far it’s the same ??‍♀️ Do you know if they would contact us over the weekend ?
