Thank you. I personally did not, so it's not a requirement to get an interview (including no clinical there as a student). However, two other people I know who received interviews did have Kaiser experience, so I think it helps.
I think the letters of recommendation and explaining all previous volunteer/ healthcare experience helps, but tbh everyone is an amazing candidate and there's definitely a luck portion to it (I think).

Hello everyone! I received the interview link and reserved my spot, now I am freaking out LOL. I've been doing research and now that past cohorts had to do a presentation but they have changed it to a more traditional panel interview with questions. What is everyone doing to prepare? any ideas on what questions they might ask?

When did you receive the email and for what service area? I have heard it's scenario based questions
