I know! It's the hurry up and wait game. LOL. The jobs posting didn't specify when the start date is or how many new hires they plan on accepting. Honestly, I'm just really happy the listing was still open! Hopefully we'll get some good news soon! *fingers crossed*

I applied back in November 2024 for the March/ May 2025 cohort, but unfortunately I haven't heard anything... New applications open tomorrow. Does anyone know if I should apply again? My application states "routed for further consideration" but it's said that since December 2024. Any advice is appreciated ?

I applied to the Adventist Health/ Rideout ED Nurse Residency Program. I applied March 2025. But I haven't heard any update yet.

Did it say anywhere when we should/could hear back? Or how they would reach out to us?

My application is still stuck on "Routed for Further Consideration" too ? Does it say anywhere how many people they are projected to onboard for each cohort?
