Hi all,
Made a forum for those of us who will be applying to Kaiser's NorCal New Grad RN program, July 2025 cohort.
Application is open 3/30/25-4/3/2025

Thank you so much!! Congrats again!!
do you guys think they're filtering out the applications or going through them in order of date submitted? I don't think my application is as strong as everyone else's.

I personally think it's all computer generated 2000 people apply and they take 100 there's no way for them to look through 2000 applicants

Mine says completed and I have not been invited to interview yet, I am out of state. I only have ACLS & BLS, no EKG, I chose Oakland & Sac! Still hoping to get an invite.

Are you looking at the job status or submission status?

Does anyone know if being selected after the virtual interview means you'll be invited for an in-person interview, or if they just notify you by email that you've been chosen? I know I'm getting ahead of myself—I'm just wondering and trying to prepare myself.

Don't count yourself out already. There is probably use of technology to filter out what they deem to not meet their minimum requirements, then from their they may look for the extras they mentioned in the info-session. Honestly to even apply, we all have to meet a certain level. That's the hard part. We all kind of look the same on paper. It's really congested here in California. I honestly don't think it has anything to do with us as individuals, there are just a lot of individuals vying for a few spots at a time. A lot of people seem to be getting in around us and that can be discouraging but I know at the end of the day, I don't want to be anywhere God doesn't want me to be. We have to deal with enough as nurses as it is. You don't want to have to force being in a place you weren't meant to be on top of that. Timing is everything.
