Kaiser Application Status

Hi All,

Just wanted to ask for insight. I applied for a job at Kaiser and have been checking my status. 
Yesterday, the status said " Required Testing Initiated,” but today, the status has changed to " Job Submission Complete.” It looks like I was demoted. What does it mean? Am I not moving forward?

I don't think that you have been demoted. You don't know that. It literally means that your job submission is complete and ready to be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition Agent or Recruiter. 

They will probably hire someone else if they don't call you after one month of submission. You will then receive an email that you are not considered. And in that status of that application, it'll say No Longer In Consideration.

So as long as it says Job Submission Complete, you still have hope. But also, let me remind you that you are not the only person who applied for that position. There are a lot of people who want to get into Kaiser.

They did respond to my application and sent me a Pre-Hire Assessment Test. It was two parts, 1st part I passed but unfortunately failed on the second part. So I guess that is the end of my application.

If you fail their assessment, you won't be able to apply for any positions open from them for some time (6 months-1 year).

I'm sorry to know that you failed the 2nd part. I can't remember those tests anymore. I hope you can apply next time and be considered.

Hello.  How long after noticing it change to "Required testing initiated" did they contact you for the actual testing, and did they contact you through email or phone?  I noticed one of my applications updated to this status. I'm wondering how much longer till I move on with the process.

good afternoon, I have been trying to login to fill out the application, and I forgot my username and password, I have followed the steps and still have not received a email, to reset my user name and password. Now I am lock out if you can assist me please do so. Thank you so much. I apply for the customer services (remote) position.

How do you know if you failed Kaiser assessment test? Do they update your status on your profile?

How long after did they send u an invite if u received it
