I have a few juvenile misdemeanor charges from Tarrant County in Texas. If I can remember correctly, I was 15 and 17 at the time of the charges and they were for petty theft. I will be 25 years old this year and have not been arrested since (only a few traffic tickets for speeding).
I just graduated from my LVN program this month and am going through the process of getting my paperwork submitted to sit for the NCLEX.
During the entire of the program, I had written that I have NOT had any past convictions or charges. This includes entering the program and a few clinicals (Veterans Affair Hospital and Harris County Jail). I'd assume if Harris County Jail didn't say anything about it, then TBON shouldn't have a problem with it.
I am also a Certified Pharmacy Technician and registered via PTCB and TSBP. I am still currently employed and going on 4 years now with the pharmacy.
What do you all think? Should I call TBON and verify with them?
Any help would be great.
Thanks!

From what I remember, you have to get your Declaratory Order stuff cleared up before you can get an ATT. View it as time to study. The other information you've gotten is good too - contact the municipalities where you got into trouble and find out if it's sealed, expunged, deferred adjudication, etc.. and be able to express what you've learned from your youthful indiscretions.
