No more than a year or so for an AAS. Online or trad as long as its quick. Im older and don't want to spend more time than I have to. Have been sitting on the fence for so long with this but now decided I want to do it. I also going for another degree but an RN would enhance this. And an Associates would be just fine. Im in NY btw and do well with school work.
Thanks for your responses.

Congratulations on your decision. I earned my AAS @ the local community college. Acceptance was NOT easy. I would start with the counselor @ your local college and get their advice.

If you have no pre-reqs done already, it's not gonna be quick either. Btw, how old is older? I'm 46 and going for it.

Well, it would be best to start calling around schools in your area to figure out the best way and what schools will be quicker. Quicker does not mean better or cheap. The more expensive schools may be able to start you sooner, but instead of 15,000 of debt you may have 60,000-100,000 in debt.
