hi supra9355,
you probably did better than you think. it does not matter what number you stopped at on the test in order to pass it. looks like you are probably new to the site. look up this thread https://allnurses.com/nclex-discussion-forum on this forum and you will see that you probably did better than some and they passed the test going all the way to last question of the test. take care and good luck with your test results.
I haven't taken the NCLEX yet; in fact I have not even started nursing school yet. But, I have read a LOT of posts of people who were CERTAIN (!)they failed the test, that they felt they knew nothing on it, that they were guessing on the questions, etc, and yet passed. Odds are, you probably passed.
Indeed, that is a common feeling. I felt the same way with the NCLEX-RN (the NCLEX-PN's evil cousin). Statistically, the majority of people do pass it on the first try, so try to focus on that. Also, you can't read anything into the number of questions that you had. The test is "tailored" to the candidate by the computer as you take the exam. All it means is that the computer needed longer to determine if you were above the passing standard. You can pass it or fail it at any number...what matters is what degree of difficulty the questions were that you were answering. Most people that I know, me included, were totally convinced they failed when they left the testing center, only to find out 2 days later that they had passed. So, try not to have a high speed come apart just yet :)

So I am now suffering from post-nclex depression. I feel like I didn't know anything, which is apparently a common feeling. Here is my issue though, I had around 185 questions compared to everyone else that I know who had 85. Should I be more concerned because I had more questions??
