Hello Everyone! :)
I'm one of those "career change" newbies on the board :) I finally took the first step towards completing my pre-req's and am currently taking my first class at a local community college. Woohoo! I graduated with a BA in 03 so it's been quite a while since being in the classroom. I work full time and can only take one per semester, but am determined to finish these up so I can quit my job and go to nursing school full time.
My question is: Who out there has taken an online course for one or more pre-req/s required by your school of choice?
What class was it and where did you take it?
I am driving myself crazy because Montco (my community college) is having me do a TON of introductory classes before I can take the class I actually need! Also, I'm pretty sure I can take 2 classes at a time if one of them is online.
Thoughts? Tips?

I go HACC and I took a bunch of my pre-reqs online and took some at school. I took 2 english classes online and 1 math class online and a couple of psychologys. All in all, online classes are great, but you have to be motivated and do the work on time. My suggestion by a planner and make sure all your due dates on it it. I do that every semester and color code each class. I have been back in school since 2008 going part time (because I have four children) and just recently got accepted to the nursing clinicals...woohoo! Start next semester. Just keep your chin up and you will succeed.
