Did anyone out there hate nursing school only to find out that you love nursing as a profession? If so, what was the distinction? Why did you hate school and love the job? Just curious...thanks.

Hated school. Had some instructors I didn't respect. Worked and worked and didn't sleep much. Was nervous and scared. On and on. I was never so glad to be finished. It was the highlight of my entire life when I was pinned and later passed the board.

Love nursing. Most of the time.
