Oztizz184 the last one week before my exam i did shoot alot of nclex questions everyday not less than 100 plus reading the rationals. And reviewing lab values and common medications. Along the review i also made my personal notes and 3 hours before i went to take my exams i did review it. Eat a good breakfast is a booster and of course prayer and meditation? Iv heard some say do not try to review 14 hours before the exam because it crams the brain but for i feel comfy reviewing my personal notes hours before stepping into exams

Hi everyone,
I just passed the Nclex Exam this week
:w00t:finally an RN.Right now I am hunting for a place to work and I would like to hear from any new Rn's who just started working about their experiences on the working floor. As a new RN fresh grad, where would be the best unit to start working? I am considering to apply in ICU unit but others said MEdsurge is more open to new RN. Any ideas? pls help:o
