I would recommend looking at prioritizing type questions. I had several of those and several pharm questions that I had no idea about. The main tough ones were that I had to pick a patient to assess first out of four different ones. I had at least 20 of those. I used Saunders book and the HESI book to study.

I just wanted to say to everyone who did not get 75 questions- don't jump off of the ledge quite yet. I took the exam yesterday 6/6/07 and had 263 questions. I assumed that I failed but in fact I found out today that I did pass.
During the past 28 hours or so I surfed this website up and down to see how many people took over 250 questions and to see how they did. I assumed that I failed because so many people on this forum had 75 and then passed. It may have been one of the most stressful days of my life. So I just want to say if you are waiting for your results and you had 211, 263 or 265 don't assume that you failed.
PS. SInce I am from Cleveland - GO CAVS tonight.
