I AM AT THE END OF MY FIRST SEMESTER IN THE PROGRAM---YEAH!! WOW, WHAT A WILD AND FAST RIDE THAT WAS! I PASSED FIRST 8 WEEKS WITH A 90% AND SO FAR THAT IS WHAT I AM GETTING THIS 8 WEEKS AS WELL, BUT HAVE THE FLUID/ELECTROLYTE AND IV TEST THURSDAY. THIS TEST HAS ME IN MAJOR ANXIETY MODE--IT'S TOUGH FOR ME TO WRAP MY MIND AROUND. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM SOOOO READY FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY BREAK, THEN JUST 7 MORE MONTHS TO GO AND I GRADUATE!!! (KEEPING MY SEAT BELT ON FOR THE RIDE). THANKS---JUST NEEDED TO VENT A BIT

Congratulations! I'm about to graduate in a few days, and am actually feeling kind of sad about moving on. Enjoy the process, as even the difficult days/experiences are there for a reason. It's coming out on the other side of these difficult exams, etc., that provides for the great feeling of growth and accomplishment. Also, truly enjoy your breaks-it will give you the momentum you need for the final semester. For me, this last semester (with Ob/Peds, clinicals, precepting, prepping for grad requirements) has been the most challenging.
