Memorial is a beautiful hospital and Sharp in general is a great place to work. I have been with them 4 years and very happy! Coming from Florida, you are definitely going to like working in CA:) There aren't any dress code things to know about, you can wear what you want (just be tasteful obviously!) Sharp doesn't pay the highest in SD, but they do take good care of the employees and we have a lot of help and resources. I have friends that are nurses all over SD and I am very grateful for what I have at Sharp. Good luck and congrats!

Ditto!
Congratulations! Sharp is not the best paying employer in San Diego, however I have worked for a couple of different Sharp entities, and I feel that they truly care about their employees' satisfaction and I always feel supported and that I have all the resources available to do my job effectively and efficiently. Memorial is a beautiful hospital - I think you'll love it there.

So...give me the scoop! I'm very excited!!! I'm moving from Florida. I have living arrangements all set up, etc. What do I need to know about working at Sharp??? Is there a dress code for RN's? They haven't given me all the details yet and I'm dying to get some insider info. Thank you!
