Recently /\ 'd jobs. Previous place was a mess. Fentanyl patches coming up missing, short staffed, smelled awful, state in the building 3 times since November, APS called in, poor general health of the entire population, orders not being written, no signatures in nearly 1/2 of the tx book and a lot on the Mar, Oxycontin taken out of cards and B/P medication replaced with (looked similar), Vicodin and Percocet missing from the EDK, meds signed out when the person is LOA....... So, I quit after 3 months. Tried to tell me, 'We'll correct the problem, come back we need you.
' Nope, to little to late.
