When do I need to take this for the State of Texas? I remember it being mentioned in nursing school and never again. Will I not get my license (that I am crossing my fingers that I passed to get - took the test yesterday and so far so good with the PVT, just waiting to pay for the results for final peace of mind) until I take this?
Thanks in advance for any help. And if this was posted already, I apologize. I looked at the last 8 pages or so and didn't see anything on this.

Im currently in the process of obtaining my Texas license. Yes, you must pass the Jurisprudence Exam before you are issued your perm license. I found it to be really easy..I didn't study..and you find out your results instantly...Good Luck

Look on the Board's website for info about this. Posts from people in the past said that it was very easy to get out of the way.

You must take it and pass it before the TX BON will issue you a license, even if you pass NCLEX.
