Joliet Junior College Nursing Applicants

I just applied for the 2014 Fall JJC nursing program. I am freaking out over my scores and gpa. I just want to know what other people have gotten and if my scores are good enough to get in. TEAS Comp. 79% TEAS Reading 86% Gpa:3.3 and I have completed all my pre reqs.

Nvm. My phone just loaded all the comments xP

We'll probably find out on the last possible day xP This wait is driving me insane.

I just received an email from the Nursing Department saying I will qualify for the program and that an email will be sent by April 1 with the acceptance/denial.

Going to be a long month!!

I got the same email! Yes it will be!!! Hopefully it will actually come sooner and they just give themselves more time than necessary...

Did anyone also happen to apply to the radiologic tech program?? I did and just got my acceptance letter agh! I'm sure they hate that because it's def my alternative. Gives me hope ill get accepted to nursing! Wish letters would come sooner!

Hi sarieG

Im in my 2nd semester in the nursing program and was accepted into both programs. Accept your spot now for the radiologic program because if its still the same you only have a certain amount of days to accept your spot or they pass it to another student and that deadline is usually before the acceptance letters come out for the nursing program. Then if/when you get your acceptance letter you can decide which one you want to pursue.

Thanks for the advice! I was really hoping the nursing email would come before I had to make a decision but I will definitely accept just in case! Hopefully I will get I to nursing as will I hope so! When did your acceptance email come for nursing?

Just checked my old emails. My acceptance email came on april 5th.

I asked and she kind of ignored my question and just said how many are being accepted lol

I hope they dont make us wait until after spring break, thats just tourture!
