That's awesome! I hope both of your interviews go well. I feel like mine went well! Pretty basic interview questions, why did you pick this program, talk about a moment that helped you decide psych is what you wanted to do, what areas of psych are you interested in. She did say 6-8 weeks is officially when we should expect to hear something by BUT they are accepting applicants weekly on a rolling basis. 

I forgot to mention I applied to the post-grad certificate program. Is that what you guys applied to?

Wonderful! Was it more conversational ? 
I applied to the DNP program, this is the first ever  cohort for BSN-DNP for psych 
Also , thanks for giving some insight into the interview . I’m so nervous !

Yea it was all conversational, no clinical questions. That’s so exciting! Do you know who your interview is with? Mine was with (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) and she was very easy to talk to!

I hope mines goes just as smooth tomorrow, I’m extremely nervous. I’ll be interviewing with (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME), I saw she specializes in the geri psych patient population —which I actually started in so I’m I hoping we have a good rapport. That’s amazing you interviewed with (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME). She’s the track coordinator for the psych DNP! She’s extremely nice.

Welcome and congrats! I wonder if the DNP track and the post-grad track ever have classes together?
