Johns Hopkins Direct Entry MSN Fall 2024

Making a post for anyone who has applied to Johns Hopkins demsn for fall 2024 as I haven't seen a forum for it yet! It looks like in some years past people have heard back in the first week of January? How are we feeling??

I finally got my decision just now!! Not enough of a scholarship to convince me to not go to my top choice, but still a sigh of relief!

I just got in too and I was excited but now I'm sad cause I only got 25k and I don't know how I could possibly pay the rest 😭 I was hoping for more financial help

Yes, I found the letter on my portal. Not in the email

Hi, that's not a lot! 
I read my acceptance  wrong and the 25k is just merit scholarships. They said financial aid will reach out with some more information for need based aid by April 1st. I hope to get some of that 🥲

There are two approved ways of creating a special area for your cohort on this site.

One, create a facebook page.  A link to facebook is allowed, per the TOS.

  • Click on the "Breakroom/Clubs" link under "Communities" at the top of any page in the upper left on desktop or "Breakroom" under "Special Sections" in the upper right on mobile.
  • Click "Start a Breakroom Club".
  • Invite members at your discretion.

Keep in mind, clubs will not be moderated, unless a member reports an issue.

Hi all! I was accepted for fall 2025. For those of you that accepted your offer and completed a semester at JHU. How was it? Any regrets? How is the faculty? Any loan repayment programs you would recommend? Also if you drive to class, which parking garage is the best?

Hi! How did you end up paying for the program? I received the same amount but haven't heard back from financial aid and I'm  worried because I really want to attend their program

Hi, 

I asked for more money and received 10k more and took student loans to pay for the rest and for life while in school....

I don't think there is a better option, cause 90% of my class did the same -.-
