Johns Hopkins All Children's RN Residency Fall/Summer 2020

Hi all!

Just wanted to create a group for those that were invited to interview with Johns Hopkins All Children's RN Residency Program with the start date of September 14, 2020!

Has anyone heard any interview tips from past cohorts, how many people they accept, the competitiveness, etc.?

I interviewed for Panels 2 and 3 on June 26 and still haven't heard back either! High key stressing LOL but glad to see I'm not the only one in that boat. It seems like they might not be making too many offers per day but obviously not everyone is on this forum.

@svizrn I feel the same way haha ? I feel like they are maybe making like 3-4 offers a day which isn't many at all. Stay positive and keep the good vibe going!

Did any of you also do preceptorship there as well? I was on 7N! I hope we hear back soon, the wait is driving me crazy.

Hey Jordyn! Thank you! Michelle called me.. no email prior to the call ? I was expecting an email prior to because it was mentioned on the meeting we had Thursday, but I saw that she didn't email Sara either, so I was ready for a call at all times LOL!

She just emailed me asking for a time to call... wondering what that could mean ? oof, hoping for the best!!

Oh yay! Good luck! They said they weren't sending declinations until after all the offers have been accepted so I am sure it is good news! Keep us updated ?

I was offered a position in the CVICU! My first choice! Can't believe I landed my dream job! A couple of bits of info for those still waiting on a call:

1) There is a LOT going into these offers. I can totally see why they're only making a few per day. Don't stress out if you still haven't heard!

2) As I said before, I got an email last night where Michelle gave me a heads up, seems like the earlier offers didn't get a heads-up email but maybe now they're sending them.

My boyfriend and I are actually moving to St. Pete this weekend so if anyone is already in the area I'd love to link up! CONGRATS to those who have gotten offers and if you haven't, stay positive! You got this! ❤
