Hi all!

Just wanted to create a group for those that were invited to interview with Johns Hopkins All Children's RN Residency Program with the start date of September 14, 2020!

Has anyone heard any interview tips from past cohorts, how many people they accept, the competitiveness, etc.?

does anyone know the ratios in their hem/onc department? and the pay? Thank you!

@linkinBSN Hey! I’m not sure the pay but on the info sheet it says that the nurse:patient ratio is 1:2-4

@pedsnurse1998 thank you so much! Could you direct me to this info sheet? I've been thinking of applying to the transition program for Hem/Onc if that ever opens back up! Hopefully soon ?
