Jobs while waiting for endorsement

Hi, I moved to New York from Oregon six months ago. I am currently waiting for the RN license endorsement to NY State. NYSED takes a long time issuing the license and I have not been working any jobs at this time period. Are there any suggestions for any type of job I can do while I am waiting for the endorsement? Thank you in advance.

Any job that dose not require RN licence sales, retail, tech, customer service etc

Thank you for the suggestion. But I would like to engage more in patient care and learn about the healthcare settings here in NYC which can also add a good experience on my resume.

As someone likely to bolt as soon as your nursing license comes in, I doubt you'll be an attractive candidate for many other positions. Retail may be a possibility because there are many temporary positions over the holidays that require minimal training (time) and minimal employer investment (money).
