Hi all in MO.
A physician friend of the family who practices in St. Louis MO. told us that there were many nursing jobs in the area, and that he and his wife (a nurse) were certainly not aware of a problem finding jobs in nursing in that area. I am not from MO, but would consider a move if jobs were so plentiful?!
I wondered if his wife was in the know, since she has been off the floor for years.... what do you "real" people say about this?
Thanks!

I suggest that you apply to jobs and do not move until you have landed one. I assume you are an experienced nurse? All of the hospitals have websites in which you can apply, and perhaps your friend's wife and put you in contact with some people who can help you. The market is tight here like it is most everywhere else, so don't make a move until you have a job lined up.
Thanks for the low down.
I figured that the two had been out of the nitty gritty work for so long that they would not have any idea really at all. Seems I was right.
