has anyone noticed that most cna positions today aren't giving the m-f anymore. it seems most companies are trying to give us 2 12s sat and sun and maybe 1 8hr during the week. is this a way they are trying to say hey i'm trying to help you on your way to become a lpn or rn? i'm all for it and think many of us are out there who are wishing to further our education in nursing. but, what about us cna's who are happy being a cna and just want to work m-f. do anyone think sooner or later it will only be 2 12's sat and sun and no more m-f? hmmm, are you all for 12's on the weekend? i'm okay with the 2 12's and 1 8 through the week only if the company provides full time benefits,.

I would love to work 2 12's and one 8. More time off during the week.
I've never heard of CNA's only working M-F...at least not around here. A lot of hospitals and LTC facilities require that you work every other weekend.
