Hi, eli2, welcome to Allnurses! I have removed your e-mail from the above post, as it is against our policy (for safety reasons) to have users post their e-mail addresses. We do, however, have an excellent private messaging system, so posters can PM you with their questions/observations. Just click on the user's name, and select the 'send PM' option. Posters can also e-mail you using the same menu, if you selected the 'receive e-mail' option when you registered.
Please do not make your e-mail public anywhere on the web, as there are spam bots out there just dying to add you to their mailing lists!

I'm 44, I've been nursing for 18 years, I work in the emergency department, and I have an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
12 hour shifts, three days a week
Everything! I take care of emergent patients that need immediate treatment, as well as babies with colds.
We have a technician that works each shift, helping with care, registration, paperwork, ordering tests, interpreting.
Very satisfied. I like what I do and my current employer is the best I've had.
We are underpaid for what we do, but I am satisfied with what my employer pays me.
Not much, since I don't want to go beyond patient care.
Thank you TazziRN !
I would really need more cooperation, anyone ?
