Job Outlook

I am a nursing student and I am writing a paper for my junior level english class. I am going to do a job outlook for neonatal intensive care nursing and pediatric intensive care nursing. I am going to conduct an email interview to whoever would like to do this with me. I will be sending a email of interview questions that I would like to have answered as honestly and extensively as possible.
