I have the option to pursue two very different job opportunities. I am an entry level RN with LPN leadership experience. I aspire to work as a DON in the future. One job is a MSP job in an acute care setting, the other an RN supervisor in long-term care. Which job, if you were looking to hire a new DON would be more fitting for a background? Someone with leadership experience, or someone who has experience in acute care with more challenging patients?
