What BON are you licensed by?

If your L2 gives permission to work (not all L2 visas allow you to work) and you have meet BON/BRN requirements and passed NCLEX then there is no reason why you can't get a job and work even with no experience. This is something you need to discuss with the hospital

Moving this to the International forum as many members are not aware of requirements of foreign trained nurses and visas

So you're ready on the RN issue. If you have the employment authorization from the USCIS, you should be all set. Contact the HR department at whatever facility you wish to apply to, and ask them if they have any additional requirements for L2 employees and go from there.

Good luck!
