Job interview tomorrow for night shift NICU

Hi everyone!

I will be having a job interview tomorrow for night shift NICU.

Anyone having possible questions they are going to ask. Not really big on the interviews though, i just want to be prepared. Although I have experienced NICU for 6 years before just had two years gap

please help

It went okay I guess.. lol their questions were all behavioral type.. I didn't expect they will call me today for the references for them to call about my previous employment history. I want to think it has a chance

So your interview was the day or two after Christmas it looks like, and we just started off New Years week. A lot of HR departments were off on Monday and I would think some may have continued with possible vacation days. This is a weird time with extra time off between departments.

Did they say they would call or was this about the time they said they would be getting back to canidates? Sorry for the questions! I really hope you have a chance also :)

I'll be in a weird spot in the middle of the year but hope I can just land a NICU interview!

Also for the future I have started reading posts I find in searches from Pinterest, it's hard to find great ones but it might help prepare for future interviews

They just said they will be in touch soon after they got my references

Just curious. Did they ever get back to you???

They did after a week, asked for my references but then on the process they had a better applicant and asked me to just apply next time.. :( that's from Kaiser Permanente.. so sad!
