Job experience

Hello! I am a newly registered Filipino nurse and like everyone else, I dream of fleeing my homeland (so to speak) to look for greener pastures in the United States. I understand that experience is essential for potential employers but does anybody know if there are hospitals that accept foreign nurses without experience? Thanks!

It isnt bad to dream for the greener pasture in the USA,.as far as i know, they arent particular with the experience as long as u have passed the nclex, ielts etc..all the requirements. But i wonder if you are already aware of this ongoing retrogression?.Its a long wait dear,.other countries require a minimum of 2 yr hospital experience.so why not serve the dear homeland first whilst waiting..You'll earn good points with this honestly. ;);)

Thank you so much for your help! I'm still at a crossroads as to what I should do first and yes, I am aware of the retrogression. Hopefully, we will not be extrememly affected by it. I will take your advice and serve my homeland for as long as necessary :lol2:. Thank you! May I know if you are currently employed in the US?
