Job Decision HELP

Hi everyone I am torn between an OR new grad residency and a new grad Pediatric Float Pool at a Children’s Hospital. Both are great opportunities and the float/rotating schedule of the pediatric job make me unsure / I am interested but don’t have a ton of experience from school in the OR to know I truly love it.
