Yes, I got accepted !I only have 3 prerequisites, I am completing the rest on portgage learning and I am goong to clep out of 3 courses. Start date is may 2020 for the bridge. I have been an lpn for the past 3 yrs.

My acceptance letter came 09/05.

Aww congrats !!!! So happy for you. I graduated LPN school this June 2019 and I went there because I got rejected admission from jfk muhlenberg for the generic Rn program. So I’m trying to also apply NOW for the day or maybe Evening lpn - rn track spring 2020. May I ask what you got on the teas ? And any other help ? Also day or evening ! I’m really stressing out because I feel I may get rejected again. I have all my prerequisites done at Middlesex county college and just just don’t know what to do to get in !

My acceptance letter came 09/05.

I received 75% average on teas in reading 70% and in math 69% I was not able to study as much as I would like, I believe you have a great chance getting in for spring 2020. Hurry up and take your teas, I will be doing evening track. My essay was very good as well, mention your drive to become a nurse and the lengths you took to get there!

Thank you so much for the kind words and advice. I will keep you posted on here if I get in or not. I’m hoping I do. If not I must look at other schools or options. Also, I think I should stop delaying that teas exam and just take it already. I haven't had time to study as well. Let’s see what happens. Thank you again !!!!!

I was wondering what you studied off of for the teas? Also some application questions what if I’m open to day or evening track ? And one more question, should I list that I applied before? Since I did and got rejected

I used a teas study book recommended from JFK's open house it was very accurate to the actual test, actually even harder. I will put the link to it here. After your essay you can state that you are open to either track and that you are flexible. I wouldn't mention that you previously applied because your applying for a different track now. Your chances are better because you have all your prerequisites completed and you are already a nurse! Be confident in yourself and accomplishments. Generic track are hard to get in because of the competition. Not too many ppl apply to generic track.
