Hi everyone. Has anyone else on this site applied for the Fall 2011 RN program at Jefferson Davis? If so, have you heard anything yet? Also, how many points do you have? Thanks.

Hi there,

I got an A in AP 1 = 30

B in AP 2 = 20

A in Micro = 30

and a 70 in the TEAS. Would've been hire but lost track of time in first section and had to guess on like 15 questions!

Waiting patiently for some kind of letter.....

How about you?

Thanks for replying. I aced A&P I and II, and micro. I made an 87 on the TEAS test. I'm just trying to get an idea of the point range for this upcoming class. Good luck!

I just got my acceptance letter too!!!!!!!! So freakin excited guys!!!!!!!! Hey mike where did you sign up for your bls cert class? Can you post the link? Anyways congrats to the both of you!!!

that's great!! it has been a lot of hard work just to get here~and it feels awesome!!! i mailed form a off yesterday and had a missed call today from jd-not sure why-i hope nothings wrong. from what i read on the acceptance letter at the bottom of the sheet with the orientation schedule-it mentions cpr certification/re-certification -it says that times and cost will be posted on registration day for students who need cpr-is that the same as bls?? if not-could someone please explain it bls to me =)

Grats Joy! I signed up for BLS certification w/an independent instructor.

Kim, BLS stands for Basic Life Support and encompasses CPR. Just make sure it's AHA BLS according to our acceptance letters.

I think Baptist Hospital also offers AHA BLS certification. Sacred Heart only offers it to their employees, but they referred me to Cindy. Hope that helps.
