Hi everyone!! I currently attend Jeff State Shelby Campus. I am applying for the Spring this fall. I am so excited! I have taken the teas once but did not get the store I wanted so I am currently preparing to take it at least twice before the summer is out! So pumped...anyone else?

I got my letter from Wallace saying I was accepted. .now just waiting on Jeff state to decide what i'm going to do

So I called the Shelby campus today and the adviser said she had NO idea when we would know... I asked if she knew if it was still 4-6 weeks and she said she didn't know .... :(

lol Me too!! I thought it would be easier to just wait a few weeks, boy was I wrong! It's worse! lol But I did look back at the other spring hopefuls' page and almost all of them say they found out the first of Nov. But one did say that it had only been two weeks when they found out in Nov. I don't know... It looks like it's going to be the first of Nov, :( I guess the bright side is...it's only a week and a half away! Has anyone else noticed that we have A LOT of comments so far and none of us have found out yet? Like most of the other threads have like 40 comments and that's after they found out (including the posts saying they got in) lol We are bored... well I know I am :)

I feel the same way... I think I've stalked this board for what seems like forever before I actually joined...lol. I really don't see how it can be November because orientation will be that month and surely we will have things to get done before that. I am being very impatient, I know, but I just figured we might know something by now because the advisor at Jefferson said 2-3 weeks. I wish I wasn't freaking out about this because I could really stand to focus more on my micro. Our biggest test is Thursday (DNA) and I am more interested in this forum than I am that!!! I'm just ready to know!!!!

I've just been trying to stay busy and focus on this micro class. As the end of the semester is quickly approaching I guess I am pretty nervous thinking what will I do if I don't get in since I'll be done with all my prereqs. Will I start taking bachelor's courses, will I get a part time job until summer entry time...I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself! I want to go straight into the program with no break while everything is fresh on my brain. We'll see how it goes. I hope all of us gets in!

Side Note...I really can't wait to wear scrubs! Lol. Ive watched my mom, my aunts, sister in law, students at school wear theirs and I'm too excited. I know, weird huh! Do all of you have experience in the healthcare field already? I have none, I've been in customer service since I was about 17. I'm kinda nervous about that alone, I know I'm gonna have to work twice as hard thats why its sooooooo important to me that I get into a great program who develop great productive nurses regardless of previous experience.
