Hello everyone! I was wondering does anyone know what immunizations are required for the RN program. I am going to call the health department and try and find out how much they will cost me but not sure what I have to get. ( I have no record of my immunizations from childhood but I did go to the health department some as a child, but I don't know how long they keep records) Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

From what I have seen the cut off has only been about a point lower between the jefferson and shelby campus and since its fall I bet the cut off will be the same

Does anyone know what hours the clinicals are in the full time and part time programs? I am going to start applying for part time jobs in July, and I'm trying to work it around a school schedule. Their schedules online say what days, but not the times. I noticed that if you take Fund. of Nursing full time, you have clinicals on Fridays, and if you take it in the part time program, you go MTWRFS? I'm guessing they just do a couple of hours at a time? I need a general idea so I know what hours to try and get. Still waiting here too.

Hey BearsMom08, i'm not sure of the clinical times but there are threads on here from previous and current students that talk about clinical days. It will probably be similiar to theirs. Which program did you say you were doing? PT or FT?

I know what yall mean about waiting!!!!! This has been the longest 3 weeks. The bad thing is that it could be anywhere from 1-3 weeks more!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!

teejazzy clincals for first semster in the full time program are either thrusday or friday from about 630 to 145 clinicals for 2nd through 5th are when ever they tell you to be there they can be from 630 to 3 or from 2 to 8

Teejazzy- I applied for both the PT and FT. I put PT as my first preference. I keep checking the mail everyday, but from what I've heard, they always end up calling people instead. Thanks, I was just trying to get a general idea on the clinical hours.

ok great. same here. I applied for the PT program as 1st choice... and Shelby FT as 2nd choice..

Hey Guys, I applied at Jeff State and Wallace. Today I received a letter from Wallace State telling me I was accepted into the RN program. Still waiting to hear from Jeff State because that is my first choice. But I am really happy to know that I have been accepted at Wallace!!!!!
