Took the NCLEX-PN at 8am today. Well 85 questions and 60 minutes later it ended. I have never felt so unsure about a test before in my life. Maybe 20 of those questions I KNOW I answered correctly. Looking thru the other posts I feel a little better. I was asked alot of priority, teaching and infection control, which the majority here seem to believe are more advanced questions. I haven't felt this anxious since the plane ride to Paris island for USMC bootcamp......ugh.

I also took my NCLEX-PN this morning & feel the exact same way that you do. If I passed, it's by some HUGE miracle because I felt like I was taking a test in a foreign language that I had no background in. The computer shut off at 85 questions. My questions consisted of: LOTS of infection control & teaching, many prioritizing, several med questions, several dietary(of which I got at least one wrong), a skill question(is this considered an easier level question?? I am 99.9% sure I got it wrong), and at least 10 select-all-that-apply. No math/calculations or other alternate-format type questions.

If a person was doing that bad on the exam, would they still be asked the higher-level questions(like Teaching, Prioritizing, Infection Control) even if they're answering them wrong or would the computer just ask easier ones? I am so nervous to find out how I did, but I know it is not in my hands anymore.

From all th other posts I read, we both did just fine. I won't be happy til I see the results of course, lol. I had a few pharm questions, about 9 or 10 multible answer questions, and a couple nuitrition and maternity questions. But 80% of them were the three catagories i mentioned on my initial post. GL to us both
