JCAHO accredited or POEA accredited

hi there guys,, ei need some advise if you are goin to choose on which kind of recruitment agency here in RP, what would you prefer a JCAHO(JCI)certified recruitment agency(the institution that accredited st.lukes and medical city) but not accredited or tied up with POEA but with an office here in the phil. or just simply a POEA accredited agency.or do you also prefer a recuitment agency that has only an office in USA but no office here in manila.tnxhoping for reply..

hi there! please remember that if you're going to look for recruitment agencies in the philippines, it is a must to look for the poea license of the said agency. :nono: jcaho or jci has nothing to do with recruitment agencies because as far as i know jci is for hospital accreditation only.

i should know because i'm working in a jcaho accredited facility here in the middle east and jcaho has nothing to do with recruitment facilities. please please. be very careful when applying for work abroad with agencies that don't have poea license. you can check if the said agencies are accredited by poea by searching thru poea's website. :typing

JCAHO is accreditation for the US essentially and they do not do things for your government in terms of accrediting something; if you wish to look at it that way.

We have agencies in the US that are accredited, but again, it has nothing to do with the requirements of your country or their work-related policies that they have in place.

You need to make sure that the agency is actually licensed by your government most importantly.
