hi guys, who will take the CPNRE exam this month and next month?? what materials did you use? i did my predictor test 2 days ago and I only got 64.7% score and 55-60% of probability of passing.. i am very anxious now..:(
I’m so worried about my exam too. It’s booked for February 14th in Mississauga. I keep doing these practice exams with the previous editions like edition 3,4 and 5th edition and the highest I get is 73%. So discouraged

Hi , yes the questions were different. However couple of them were same. I took training the second time. My questions were mostly from musculoskeletal system.

I don’t think it’s a problem to discuss it unless I reveal the questions.on my first attempt, I had different medication related questions but I had none on my second attempt
These could move from asking generally to specific so I posted a gentle reminder before things change.
We do get requests from exam bodies when they feel something is bordering breaking their confidentiality agreement and will ask us to remove posts or further action would be taken against site and members

@Silverdragon102 hi there thank you for your gentle reminder, just please remove my posts that you think is not allowed here. Please and thank you. I appreciate.
@Future-PN @gari_rn Hello there, my suggestion is that answering lots of practice questions are very helpful. However, you shouldn’t stop from there, coz sometimes you can end up memorizing those without fully understanding it. So my suggestion is that read as much as you can, so you can fully understand and answer any questions regardless of how tricky or hard it is. Try Saunders Comprehensive Review 6 or 7th Edition NCLEX-PN or Mosby Comprehensive Review for PN.
It is my second take so for me it is a lesson learned that I shouldn’t just answer questions but being well equipped with knowledge is very crucial to pass. Read and understand it by heart. Be very prepared and do not underestimate the exam. Take some serious time to review. At the end you will also benefit; its preparing us to become a Professional Skilled Nurse; remember our future job is to provide quality care, prolong life, etc., and everything depends on what we know.
