hey guys im new to this site and i have one question...i am do to take a test for my cna training and well a basic reading and math im good n reading but in math i suck...do n e one have any pointers on what i should expect when taking this test?

Hey Antonia A!! Welcome aboard too!! I did take a CNA exam a few years ago and I don't remember doing any math at all... Here's a link that was used as part of the practice test...Hope it helps..Again, different states have different tests but hope this one is good enough..

@ Antonia A - Wait a minute....did I say no math...I was wrong on that one...It's mostly basic math but it was much. Not to worry about it. All the best in your in your test.

@ momofsix - Hope you get to see this msg before Tuesday.. when you did the nurselogic, did you take the beginners test or just focused on the modules and drills??? I tried to take one test and felt there was no need as we haven't learned most of contents. Happy new year!!!

Hey wontgiveup!

What the heck happened to allnurses?? I've been freaking out over these modules we have to do before Tuesday!

I have NO IDEA what the deal is. I've completed two of them. I got a 70% on the first one and a 50% on the second one, which I think was critical thinking but I'm not sure at the moment. I'm just doing them and handing them in regardless of the grade. You're right...we do not know this information yet. I'm not sure why we are expected to do them, but I'm doing them. HAHAHA See you Tuesday! Did you get your penn state ID? I tried before christmas but got an email their machine was down.

Hey momofsix - Allnurses was down due to maintenance....They have a facebook page so I was able to see updates but anyways, am glad they have it running again.

I wasn't able to get the PS ID either... I made an attempt to get it but when I reached, my name was not in their system, didn't have the 9 digit number and on top of that was given an attitude. So, that will take care of it self probably sometime next week. There's still a number of people that don't have it yet so that kinder makes it better... They have a list but just make sure you have the 9 digit number , if not email or call Randy.

Wwoo!! At least you did 2 tests.... Am down to my last module and maybe I'll try to move onto the next test. The information is really helpful but the tests...ooh!! That's another story...
