Jacksonville University May 2017

Has anyone else applied for JU's second-degree nursing program for May 2017 or can anyone tell me anything about this program?

Thanks!!

I found my scholarship letter! For those that didn't see one check the bottom of the acceptance letter there's a second March 3rd update link if you have a scholarship notice.

That would be amazing, but for some reason I don't think I can get nearly as much because I'm National Guard and was never active duty

Thank you for saying that!!! I didn't even notice that. I received a scholarship letter, as well!!

Can't wait to meet y'all soon!! I sent in an email to Blair as well as the form online just to be safe! My email is [email protected] if y'all wanna talk before class like the person above!

Does anyone want to start a Facebook group or something?

Sure - I'm not very good at that! But you can add me to it.

Thanks for all your guys hard work, in finding how much school cost, scholarships and acceptance letters. It's been been very helpful. I too just got accepted and now have to see how I get there in 7 weeks from NY. Also I'm interested in joining a Facebook group.

I just created a group!!

Welcome to Facebook

If the link doesn't work, just search JU Nursing Summer 2017!

I also was recently accepted and requested to join the group!!

Hey yall

I am currently on the waitlist, praying I get in, I wonder how many people don't accept there spots.

I'm not sure, jonas23x. I do know that the deadline for people to accept or turn down their offer is March 17, so you may hear something after that. Good luck!! I hope you receive good news soon!!

Hello fellow JU ABSN students!

I accepted my spot & paid my deposit, but living in Michigan, I also applied to Michigan State University, and was waitlisted there.

If I hear nothing back from MSU before May 1st then I will definitely be attending JU!

I am currently just a few spots from the top at MSU, so hopefully I know soon.

I couldn't turn down MSU as it's only 25 minutes from my house, & I'm married & have a mortgage. If MSU doesn't work out & I attend JU, I will be living with my mother as my husband cannot relocate due to his masters program in Michigan.

I'm actually originally from St. Augustine, so I'm feeling both eager to go to JU to return to my roots, but also worried because it would take me away from my husband for over a year...
