Hello Current JU FNP Students,
I am considering JU's FNP program for Fall 2016. I work fulltime as an RN in Public Health, so I am setting my sights on the part-time curriculum. What I wanted to know is will students have to go to class all week? Are most of the classes in the morning, or in the afternoon/evening etc.? Are students required to take exams online, or in the classroom? Lastly, do you feel that you are getting a lot of support from faculty, when it comes to finding preceptors? Any info that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks:)
Hi everyone-
I got my email for acceptance yesterday for Full time. They said they are sending out email and snail mail notifications. Be careful- I missed the initial interview because they sent my invite to the wrong email address. I had supposedly updated when I was on campus, however, they have two systems and one didn't get updated. Also- you could still get in if on waiting list if people decline up until the start so don't loose hope just yet. That happened to me for my BSN at JU I got a call 3 days or so before it started. 😊
