Good for you! Ive got the same left. And you're right, after reading through the to do list we were supposed to get another email November 23rd about the nurse kit we have to get. Do you think its something we need to contact Ms Bloom for or they will probably get it to us whenever they get a chance?
I looked at the prices for the books once and it frightened me so much I haven't looked again lol. But I was talking to MS bloom and she said our nurse kit comes with a littman stethoscope so thats something we'll get more info on but that might save on a little cost. I've been trying on different shoes at nurses shops and ill tell you what, those are not cheap either. I've honestly considered getting some secondhand ones from ebay just to save somewhere
I think were good to get those anywhere though as long as they fit the parameters in the email
Yeah its all adding up very quickly lol. Do you know exactly how that exchange website works? I'm not sure if it's a one time fee then you're in it for life but I was gunna wait till january to get that set up just so the subscription does not run out just before the semester ends next year or whenever. Idk if my thinking is correct, just trying to rationalize/prioritize all this spending lol. And thank you so much for that! Any tips are appreciated :)
Hey,
I think that it is $35 per year so if you buy it on today, December 7, 2015 then it should expire December 7, 2016. So, it doesn't really matter when you purchase it, it should give you a full year: "MCE is a $35 per year subscription for use of this platform" (from Spring 2016 Student Clinical Requirement Packet.) Hope this helps!!!!

Hey,
I received this today in regards to university orientation: "New Student Orientation for the Spring 2016 semester is an online program which is required of all students with the exception of Nursing majors. The online program will be available December 14ththrough January 10th and requires a $25 fee which can be paid online. Information will be sent to incoming students and will soon be posted on the JU website regarding the program. If you are a Nursing major, then you will attend the program's own orientation session."
